ENG: ARCC Strategy. ARCC is a framework for action and a strategic community, centralized on a set of development strategies, established in the time horizon of 2035. The collaboration infrastructure within the ARCC community is dynamic and can be expanded at any time. Collaborations take place, aiming at knowledge and development effects in the strategic direction proposed by the Cesar and CLIPP communities. ARCC is organized under the collaborative actions of 4 entities (ARFI, RDRP, Cesar, and CLIPP), but the actions take place under the same principles of collaborative decentralization, which are also applied in Cesar and CLIPP.
RO: Strategia ARCC. ARCC este un cadru de acțiune și o comunitate strategică, centralizate pe un set de strategii de dezvoltare, stabilite în orizontul de timp 2035. Infrastructura de colaborare din cadrul comunității ARCC este una dinamică, și poate fi extinsă în orice moment. Colaborările au loc, urmărindu-se efecte de cunoaștere și dezvoltare în carul strategic propus de comunitățile Cesar și CLIPP. ARCC se află sub organizarea a 4 entități (ARFI, RDRP, Cesar, CLIPP), dar acțiunile au loc sub același principii ale descentralizării colaborative, aplicate și în Cesar și CLIPP.
MISSION: Building and developing the Cesar2030 Center of Excellence as an innovative knowledge ecosystem, based on the Cesar2030 network of 22 living labs dedicated to scientific research, participatory governance, knowledge transfer and co-creation for sustainable and resilient urban, rural and regional food systems.
