Sometimes, Building Cesar is the dream of a cat. Or cat of a dream. Or wagging the dog. Anyway, sometimes Cesar is dreaming about being a cat.
On the other hand, Cesar the Cat finally got his 9 lives. Timisoara Branch of the Romanian Academy and Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava joined Cesar2030 Consortium.
9 partners, 7 cities, and 5 development regions are giving together the new form of Cesar.
MISSION: Building and developing the Cesar2030 Center of Excellence as an innovative knowledge ecosystem, based on the Cesar2030 network of 22 living labs dedicated to scientific research, participatory governance, knowledge transfer and co-creation for sustainable and resilient urban, rural and regional food systems.
